ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Albany Police Department (APD) is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.

Police said Taylor Gatson, 16, was reported missing on May 17, 2026, from the 700 block of Cotton Avenue.

Gatson is described as weighing around 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Albany Police Department at 229-431-2100 or submit a tip through the APD app.

Authorities are encouraging the public to share the information to help bring her home safely.
