ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The historic winter storm has caused several businesses to close their doors due to unsafe conditions. Here’s a list of places open throughout Albany.

• Hardware Stores: Home Depot and Lowes are open until 9 p.m., Nolan’s Hardware Store is open until 6 p.m., Harbor Freight is open but may close early due to weather conditions
• Food places: Both Mcdonalds on Slappey Boulevard are open, Long Horn Steakhouse on Dawson Road, Cookout on Slappey Boulevard is open, Krystals on North Slappey is open, BI Wings is open, 7 Brew is open, Sonic on Ledo Road is open,
• Grocery and convenience stores: Sam’s Club is open, Walmart located on Ledo Road is open, Food Mart and Dollar General located toward the end of North Slappey Boulevard is open, Family Dollar on Slappey Boulevard is open
• Gas Stations: BP on Highway 19 and Highway 82 is open, Exon on Slappey Boulevard is open, Slappey Express on Slappey Boulevard is open,
• Auto-parts store: O’Reilly Auto Parts on Slappey Boulevard is open, Raceway and Pure Gas on Highway 82 is open,
• Other Store: Staples on Slappey Boulevard is open

Major establishments like Food Lion, and Piggly Wiggly, are closed and most fast food restaurants are also closed.
