A man arrested outside a Catholic cathedral in D.C. on Sunday had 200 explosives and a notebook declaring hatred for ICE and Supreme Court justices - the justices were expected to attend a special mass that day marking the court’s new term.
It comes as a Democratic Virginia attorney general candidate faces criticism for text messages where he discussed the killing of a Republican lawmaker.
