WARNER ROBINS, Ga. (WGXA) — Multiple Middle Georgia law enforcement agencies gathered in Warner Robins on Wednesday to execute warrants in a gang and racketeering investigation.
According to the Warner Robins Police Department (WRPD), "a complex coordinated operation" is underway as its narcotics unit, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and the Middle Georgia Gang Task Force (MGGTF) conduct and execute search warrants as part of the operation.

WRPD says the searches are being conducted at various locations throughout the city and is asking for the community's patience, as traffic may be impacted in those areas.
Multiple agencies, including Perry police, Houston, Bibb and Butts county sheriff's offices; Georgia State Patrol, the Department of Corrections and Department of Community Supervision, U.S. Marshals and the Houston County District Attorney's Office are supporting the investigation.
