Description
VALDOSTA, Ga. (WALB) - The Valdosta Fire Department (VFD) announced Thursday, March 13, that they responded to a structure fire around 8 a.m. on Northwood Circle. A feline was among those rescued.
The department said no civilians were injured, but one canine died.
Five people were displaced, and they are receiving help from the American Red Cross, according to the VFD.
The department said this was the result of an electrical fire.
