SAN ANTONIO (WOAI) — The body discovered near a Far Northwest Side park on Monday has been identified as that of Mariadelis Labrador Siles, a 28-year-old woman who had been missing since earlier in the week.
According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner's office, Siles' body was found on Monday.

The cause of death, the medical examiner confirmed, was a stab wound to the chest.
On Wednesday, officials from the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, including personnel from the missing persons and homicide divisions, recovered the body of a woman in a wooded area near Wildhorse HOA Sports Park.
Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar addressed the investigation on Thursday, stating that while it's possible Siles' death was self-inflicted, "it’s just as likely at this point that someone else is responsible for this."
