ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Spring recovered with wall to wall sunshine and pleasantly cool 60s on Friday. Plan on more nice conditions through the weekend. Mornings remain a bit chilly lows upper 30s mid 40s while highs rise to seasonal mid 70s on Saturday then warmer upper 70s low 80s on Sunday. Thanks to high pressure very quiet and dry with a sun-filled sky.

Late Sunday expect increasing clouds as moisture returns ahead of the next cold front. Early Monday brings a few showers which become likely with thunderstorms through the afternoon. While there’s Marginal Risk for severe storms to our west, for now there’s no severe threat for SGA. However not ruling out a strong storm or two into the evening.

A few showers may linger early Tuesday. Otherwise dry and warm through the week with highs mid-upper 70s low 80s and lows upper 40s low 50s.
