As the Democratic nominee, former Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms will face either current Lt. Governor Burt Jones or billionaire healthcare CEO Rick Jackson in the race to become Georgia’s 84th governor.
The general election will be Nov. 3. Early voting dates for that election will be Oct. 13 through Oct. 30.
If no candidate receives 50% plus one vote, there will be a runoff Dec. 1. If needed, early voting for that will be Nov. 23 through Nov. 25.
