WASHINGTON (TNND) — As President Trump spoke to the press following Dr. Mehmet Oz's swearing-in, the impromptu press conference was cut short after a child in attendance for the ceremony appeared to pass out in the Oval Office.

The president was answering a question about Iran keeping its civilian nuclear power program, as his administration remains in negotiation with the country to end its nuclear program, when he stopped speaking as a commotion began on the other side of the room.

One of Dr. Oz's guests, a young girl, "suddenly collapsed and appeared to faint," a White House pool report explained.

The press was immediately ushered out of the Oval Office. Before the cameras cut, President Trump and Dr. Oz were seen making their way over to the girl, who then made her way out of the Oval Office.

Oz was sworn in as the head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Friday by Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
