Description
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - There was a crash near the Terrell-Lee County line on the evening of March 7, according to the Georgia State Patrol (GSP).
GSP said a driver was traveling southeast on Georgia Highway 520. That driver drove off the road and hit a tree on its passenger side. The vehicle then flipped and landed on one side with the roof facing north.
The driver was found to be under the influence and was released to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital for their injuries, according to preliminary information from GSP.
The exact number of people in the vehicle when it crashed has not been released.
