City officials said a technical delay is causing temporary issues for some users. The city emphasized that residents will not receive late fees or face service disconnections because of the delay.

In the meantime, residents can continue to make utility bill payments in person at the Utility Administration Office during normal business hours while the online system is unavailable.

The city is encouraging customers to try accessing the online payment portal again on Monday as crews work to resolve the issue and complete the transition.

Officials said they will continue to share updates as they become available.
