According to police, Stewart and the others were attempting to enter the Tate Student Center on campus during off-hours, triggering an alarm.

The incident report said Stewart and the others attempted to walk away when they saw the responding police officers. When all four were eventually detained, police also said the group was intoxicated, and that Stewart said she “didn’t want to get caught doing anything bad because I am out on bond right now.”

Payton Drewer, Whitaker Tollman and Seamus Gilmartin are also all facing charges of loitering and prowling and possession of a fake ID, all misdemeanors.

Stephen Morris, Stewart’s attorney, said his client has no comment on her recent arrest.

On March 8, Stewart was pulled over by a Georgia State Patrol trooper for speeding. Then, 10 minutes later, she was again stopped for speeding and booked at the Morgan County Jail, where a mugshot was taken of her and then went viral.

Stewart told People Magazine she is amused her mug shot from her first brush with law enforcement has gone viral.

“I look like a basic white girl, and I am,” she said. “I think it’s hilarious. I actually think it’s a bad photo of me. If you see me in person, I don’t really look the same as I do in that mug shot. I don’t think it’s a great photo of me.”

Stewart said after her speeding ticket, she has learned her lesson, that being, “speeding kills.”
