THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WCTV) - Thomasville Police are investigating after a shooting occurred on Lewis Lane over the weekend, according to the police department.
The incident unfolded at about 11 p.m. Sunday when officers responded to a call about shots being fired and a person being shot, TPD wrote in a press release Monday.
Officers then arrived on the scene at the 100 block of Lewis Lane but were unable to locate a victim, according to police.

However, within two minutes, police said it was reported that two males arrived at Archbold Hospital with “non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.”
“Currently, there is no indication of an ongoing threat to the public,” officers said.
This is an ongoing investigation.
