THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WALB) - A man who was reported missing out of Thomasville on Aug. 25 was found safely, the Thomasville Police Department (TPD) announced on Aug. 26.

TPD announced in a Facebook post that Isaac Jolly was found safe. They thanked the public for their help in the announcement.

“The missing person posted yesterday, (Isaac Jolly), was located and is safe. We thank everyone for sharing!”

In a release announcing that Jolly was missing, officials said he was last heard from on Aug. 23 when he told family members that he was going to check himself back into a crisis center.

Police said that Jolly never arrived at the crisis center in Thomasville. Exactly what led Jolly to tell family he planned to check into a crisis center is unclear. Why he previously went to a crisis center is also unknown.

The police department shared these photos of Jolly:
