ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Today’s Masters practice round has been suspended due to inclement weather as rain comes down on the course.

Media in the Press Building were told to “shelter in place” after the evacuation order went out at 11:25 a.m.

The weather has been looming over today’s fun like a literal dark cloud.

After saying on Sunday that there would be delays, by 8 a.m., they put out a message saying that gates were open.

On Sunday night, they said: “Due to inclement weather and safety concerns, patron gates will not open as scheduled for Monday’s practice round. All patron parking lots will remain closed until further notice. No patrons should approach Augusta National Golf Club until more details are released.”
