Description

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - A cold front will sweep through South Georgia this evening, removing rainfall and severe weather. Temperatures will drop behind this front into the 40s and 50s for Tuesday morning under mostly clear skies. Sunny skies and cool highs arrive by Tuesday afternoon as many areas climb into the upper 60s and low 70s.

High pressure will continue to build leading to cooler and dry conditions through the mid-week. However, a new frontal system will usher in warmer air by Thursday before the new front slides on Friday. There will be little to no rainfall as the front passes. This front will drop temperatures into the weekend below average in the low 70s.
