LEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - New details have been released in the Feb. 1 shooting incident near the Walmart on Ledo Road. Law enforcement officials have identified a second suspect and obtained arrest warrants for him, authorities confirmed Thursday.
The second suspect has been named Daiveyon Jahquell Hoskins, who is the brother of initial suspect Anthony Devonte Hoskins, according to law enforcement.

Investigators have secured warrants for Daiveyon Hoskins on charges that include
- Aggravated Assaul
- Criminal Damage to Property in the 2nd Degree
- Terroristic Threats and Acts
Lee County authorities are urging Daiveyon Hoskins to turn himself in immediately at the Lee County Jail, located at 119 Pinewood Road in Leesburg, Ga.
Anthony Devonte Hoskins, who was already arrested in connection with the incident, has received an additional charge of obstruction of a law enforcement officer as the investigation continues.

The original shooting incident occurred in the 2700 block of Ledo Road, just east of the Walmart, when deputies responded around 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 1, finding multiple spent shell casings near the victim’s vehicle. No injuries were initially reported, though shots were fired into the vehicle during what investigators described as a confrontation involving a 2020 Dodge Charger.
Officials say the investigation remains active, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
