VALDOSTA, Ga. (WALB) - The intersection of Ashley Street and Barfield Drive have been fully opened following a gas leak on Thursday, Dec. 4.

At around 10:36 a.m., the Valdosta Fire Department (VFD) posted to Facebook that traffic was being rerouted from the intersection due to a gas leak.

As of 11:25 a.m., all lanes near the intersection have been fully opened.
