ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The man connected to a Monday, Nov. 24, homicide in Albany is now behind bars.
On Wednesday, Dec. 3, 19-year-old Justin Scott was arrested in connection to the shooting death of 20-year-old Quintravion Carter, according to Albany Police (APD).
Police say the shooting happened just after midnight on Nov. 24 in the 1000 block of West Gordon Avenue. Police found Carter suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Scott is currently being held at the Dougherty County Jail.
