LOWNDES COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 67-year-old woman.

According to officials, a Mattie’s Call has been issued for Lizzie Ruth Crawford. She was last seen around 10 p.m. on May 26 at 5098 Rocky Ford Road in Valdosta.

Crawford is described as a Black female standing 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing around 161 pounds. She has brown eyes and red hair. Deputies say she may be wearing a blue or orange shirt and underwear.

Anyone who sees Crawford or has information about her whereabouts is urged to call 911 or the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office at 229-671-2900.
