WASHINGTON (7News) — A man is facing a felony charge after allegedly spitting on two National Guard soldiers outside Union Station in D.C.
Scott Pichon rode up on his scooter towards two South Carolina Army National Guard soldiers on Aug. 22, around 4:43 p.m., and made a noise as if he was coughing up mucus, according to court documents. Pichon then reportedly spat a "mixture of saliva and mucus" on one soldier's face and the other's neck.

A nearby security camera captured Pichon as he rode the scooter towards the two soldiers and can be seen here:
Pichon was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 26. Pichon is being charged with a felony because he forcibly assaulted and made physical contact with the soldiers while they were performing official duties.
