GRADY COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - Deputies with the Grady County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on June 24 following a traffic stop.
Jonathen Antonio Jenkins of Bainbridge was pulled over by deputies Tuesday night in Whigham.
Jenkins, who was driving a blue four-door Nissan, could not produce a license for the deputies when requested. After further investigation, deputies learned that his license was suspended.
Deputies conducted a search of Jenkin’s vehicle incidental to his arrest, and during the search, the sheriff’s office reports finding a quantity of a controlled substance.
Jenkins was arrested. His charges include:
- Possession of schedule I controlled substance
- Driving with suspended license
- Open container
- Failure to maintain lane

He was transported to the Grady County Detention Center.
