JENSEN BEACH, Fla. (WPEC) — A sharp-eyed homeowner's tip led to the arrest of a man with distinctive horn tattoos on his face, who was found lurking in a Jensen Beach apartment complex with burglary tools in tow.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) said that they were alerted by a homeowner of the suspected burglar moving from door to door at an apartment complex on Northeast Ocean Boulevard.
The suspect was described to deputies as a man with horn tattoos on his face, seen carrying large bags.
The report states that shortly after the alert, MCSO's Aviation, Road Patrol, and K9 units searched the area and found Jonathan Richards walking nearby.
Richards, 46, was arrested and faces multiple charges, including two counts of attempted occupied burglary, possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest without violence, and a violation regarding sex offender registration.
