The train vs. vehicle crash happened Sunday night in Sullivan County after the car got stuck on the tracks, according to the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities responded to the intersection of Vance Tank Road and Broyles Lane.
The driver told the responding deputy that he got stuck on the tracks. The video shows that the driver got out of the vehicle before the train struck the car.
A man is then seen walking over to check on the driver as the train slows down to come to a stop.
No injuries were reported.
