Description
GRADY COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) — On Saturday, Jan. 10, the Grady County Sheriff’s Office explained in a Facebook post that they executed a search warrant at a residence on Sunset Lane in Grady County following an extensive and complex investigation.
Officials stated that during the search, they uncovered a compound consisting of more than ten separate structures, actively occupied by individuals. Evidence obtained at the residence revealed sexual exploitation of children and narcotics activity occurring within those structures.
As a result of this operation, the following individuals were arrested:
- Robert Earl Miller of Cairo
- Randy Benard White of Cairo
- John Clifton Peo (Possession of Methamphetamines)

Grady County Sheriff’s Office explains the length of this case:
“This was not a quick case. This was a six-month investigation that began with a single tip and required hundreds of investigative hours, surveillance, coordination across jurisdictions, meticulous evidence collection, and careful planning to ensure victims were protected and offenders were brought to justice the right way—legally, thoroughly, and permanently.”
The Facebook post continues to say,
“These cases are complex by design. Individuals who exploit children go to great lengths to conceal their crimes, isolate victims, and evade law enforcement. That is exactly why we commit the time, the manpower, and the resources necessary to dismantle these operations piece by piece.”
