COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) – The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating a felony theft that took place in the early morning hours of Sunday, April 20, at the Diamond Cargo Plant.
According to investigators, a suspect driving a late-model red SUV unlawfully entered the plant’s dealer lot and stole two cargo trailers valued at more than $10,000. The theft, believed to have been carried out by a lone individual, was completed within an hour.
