ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WBFF) — A 32-year-old woman died following an incident involving a golf cart, according to Maryland authorities.
Police officers were called to the 600 block of Maid Marion Hill in Annapolis on Saturday. There Anne Arundel County Fire Department were assisting an injured person.
A preliminary investigation revealed that Mary Blasetti had sustained life-threatening injuries in an incident involving an E-Z-GO golf cart, according to a statement from the Anne Arundel County Police Department.
Blasetti was airlifted to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center and passed away on November 11.
The investigation into Blasetti’s death is currently ongoing.
