Description
CORDELE, Ga. (WALB) - Sunday, Oct. 5, marks three months since 19-year-old Nyeasha Pickens was last seen at the Enmarket in Cordele.
Her family held a prayer vigil at the Cordele Community Center to pray for her return.
Family members tell WALB that Nyeasha’s going missing is unlike her. Her character is to go home and go to school.
The hardest thing for the Pickens family is the unknown.
The family tells WALB that the vigil is about hope and bringing awareness.
WALB’s James Irvin will have more details in our 11 p.m. newscast.
