VALDOSTA, Ga. (WALB) – The city of Valdosta is rolling up its sleeves and getting to work on essential repairs to Williams Street, with crews currently in full operation for emergency fixes.

Traffic on Williams Street is being temporarily adjusted as crews move throughout the area to address crucial repairs. For safety and efficiency, local traffic will be allowed only for residents needing access to their homes. However, all other vehicles are encouraged to plan alternate routes to avoid delays.

Residents are urged to remain patient during the repairs and take the necessary precautions when traveling in the area.
