ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Easter week has been a delight with abundant sunshine and pleasant temperatures. Following highs in the 70s, seasonably warm low 80s returned on Thursday which kicked off a warming trend. Good Friday starts seasonably cool lows mid 50s followed by highs in the upper 80s. (Avg high: 80°/Avg low: 55°)
Holiday weekend starts sunny and ends mostly cloudy but remains dry unseasonably warm with highs upper 80s near 90° and lows low 60s.
Next week warmth holds as rain chances return. We’re tracking a cold front stalling across the region Monday into Tuesday with isolated-scattered showers and storms. Don’t expect any significant rain for SGA. Rainfall amounts likely less than a 0.25″.
