ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The City of Albany is inviting the community to come together and celebrate America’s 250th birthday with an afternoon and evening of family-friendly fun this Independence Day.
The celebration kicks off at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 4, at the Albany Fairgrounds, where attendees can enjoy live music, entertainment, activities for all ages, and a variety of food and retail vendors.
The festivities will conclude with a 250th birthday fireworks finale, lighting up the night in honor of the nation’s semiquincentennial celebration.
