ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) — A man was arrested on Monday, Jan. 5 after the Albany Police Department (APD) said he tried to hit several children with a vehicle. The Dec. 20, 2025 incident was reportedly caught on camera.

Aaron Graham, 45, was charged with four counts of aggravated assault, APD said. He was taken to the Dougherty County Jail after being interviewed by APD investigators, according to a press release.

In the Dec. 20 incident, Graham was reportedly in a parking lot when he tried to strike “several juvenile children” with a vehicle.

The exact ages of the children Graham allegedly tried to hit are unclear. APD did not specify the number of children either.

Police said Graham fled from the scene after he was confronted by adults.
