ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Albany Rescue Mission is giving back to the community this Christmas.
Today volunteers gathered to distribute food and presents to those in need.
Street Feed collaborated with the Albany Rescue mission for this day of giving. Together, they were able to feed over 200 people and supply them with Christmas gifts.
On Facebook, the Albany Rescue Mission shared, “Today has been a truly unforgettable Christmas Day! God’s love and generosity have been evident in every aspect, from the plentiful food to the kindness of volunteers and the joy of those we’ve had the privilege of loving and serving.”
