ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Albany Police has released an update on the shooting incident that happened at the Walmart on Slappey Boulevard on Jan. 5.

WALB previously reported that a man Joseph Jackson Jr. was arrested and charged with aggravated assault in connection to the shooting. William Larry Hagan was taken to Phoebe for treatment of his injuries.

Hagan was discharged from Phoebe on Friday, Jan. 10, according to police.

The Albany-Dougherty Special Investigative Unit has issued warrants for his arrest:

  • Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute
  • Possession of drug-related objects
  • Possession of cocaine
  • Possession of a scheduled two-drug
  • Trafficking methamphetamine
  • Trafficking fentanyl
  • Three counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
  • Tampering with evidence

Police are currently looking for Hagan.
