ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Albany Police Department has arrested Larry Summerlin, 67, and charged him with the following sex crimes:

• Rape
• Child Molestation
• Incest
• Sexual Battery
• Sodomy

This is in relation to a 30-year-old case.

He is being held at the Dougherty County Jail.
