ADEL, Ga. (WALB) – The City of Adel Animal Control Shelter is calling on the community for help in supporting the furry residents who depend on them.

The shelter has released a wish list of much-needed items to ensure their animals stay healthy, happy, and comfortable.

The list includes essentials like canned and dry cat and dog food, cat litter, small animal toys, pet-safe heating pads, and cleaning supplies such as laundry detergent, paper towels, Clorox, and Lysol. Soft bedding items like towels, washable beds, and blankets are also in high demand, along with food bowls and portable playpens.

Donations can be dropped off at City Hall, located at 112 N. Parrish Ave in Adel.

For those who love pets and want to give back, this is the perfect opportunity to lend a paw.
