ALBANY, Ga. (WALB)—A cold front moves in tonight, removing breezy winds and returning cold temperatures. Saturday morning, temperatures will be in the low to mid-30s. Areas of frost are likely.
Saturday will be a chilly winter day with highs in the mid-to-upper 50s. A trough will slide in on Sunday, bringing cloud cover starting Saturday night into Sunday.
A warm front moves in first, raising temperatures and moisture for Sunday. Isolated showers may accompany Sunday’s cloud cover, but Monday morning features the next chance for rain. Severe storms are possible with damaging winds and brief tornadoes on Monday morning.
Temperatures are the focus starting Monday night and continuing into the next week. The 40s for highs and 20s for lows are the trend through the middle of January.
