ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — The Powerball jackpot continues to rise, but tickets sold in Georgia have made some people big winners.
The winning numbers from Monday night’s drawing were 3, 18, 36, 41 and 54, with a Powerball of 7.
According to the Georgia Lottery website, a $1 million ticket was sold in Georgia, matching all five white numbers but missing the Powerball.
Nine $50,000 tickets and two $100,000 tickets were also sold after matching four white numbers and the Powerball.
Despite those winning tickets, there was still no jackpot winner, and the prize has grown to $1.7 billion.
The next Powerball drawing will be on Christmas Eve, Wednesday, Dec. 24. at 11 p.m.
