(Gray News) - Walmart is offering a Thanksgiving meal that it says costs less than $7 a person.

The 29-item shopping list for the “inflation-free” meal includes a whole turkey, Great Value Sweet Hawaiian Rolls, three cans of Great Value canned corn, Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce, ingredients to make green bean casserole, two packs of Great Value Gravy Mix, Marie Callender’s Southern Pecan Pie, Great Value Frozen Whipped Topping, ingredients to make a pumpkin pie, two boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, ingredients to make mashed potatoes, ingredients to make sweet potato casserole, a three-pound bag of onions and a bag of celery stalks.

“Some of the holiday’s most special moments take place around the dinner table. At Walmart, we are committed to offering customers even deeper savings on top of our Every Day Low Prices for all their mealtime needs,” said John Laney, executive vice president of food at Walmart U.S.

Customers can shop the meal in stores or online through Dec. 24.

On Wednesday, Aldi announced its Thanksgiving meal shopping list that feeds 10 people for less than $47. Aldi said it is the lowest-priced Thanksgiving meal the store has had in five years.
