ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The dashcam footage of the moment a man wanted on several felony charges started fleeing from Dougherty County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) deputies was released to WALB exclusively on June 11.

Officials have been searching for the man, Keyshawn Xzavier Dye, since Tuesday, June 10. Dye is currently wanted for:

• Three counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer
• Felony fleeing and attempting to elude a peace officer
• Felony probation violation
• Reckless driving
• Obstruction

In the video, you can watch Dye get out of the backseat of the car being pulled over before it stops. As he runs away, his shoes fly off. This prompted a search involving several state and local law enforcement agencies.
