ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) — [Update as of 1:49 p.m.] According to the Dougherty County Police Department, Mrs. Retha M. Freeman was located in Brunswick Georgia and has been returned to her children in Dougherty County unharmed.
The Dougherty County Police Department (DCPD) is asking for the public’s assistance to find a 76-year-old woman who reportedly went missing Friday, March 6. Family members told officials the woman has health conditions that may cause confusion.
Mrs. Retha M. Freeman was last seen in Albany on Friday, DCPD said.

Freeman reportedly left her residence driving a green 2019 Dodge Journey with a Georgia license plate (CMM4317). DCPD said she was driving to an Albany address, but she never arrived at her destination.
Freeman’s vehicle was last seen in the Montezuma area, police said.
Anyone who sees Freeman or the Dodge Journey is asked to contact the DCPD or the Freeman family immediately.
