ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - On this day in 1994, the death toll officially reached 31 people following the Flint River Flood.
Multiple buses urgently headed to Albany, all full of people ready to help those in need. Many volunteers came from the metro Atlanta area to help their fellow Georgians.
