ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - One person is in critical condition and two others were injured in a shooting Saturday night in Albany.

According to Albany Police (APD), officers responded to a shooting in the 800 block of W. Oglethorpe Blvd. at around 9:34 p.m.

When officers arrived, they were alerted to multiple gunshots near House of Jazz, located in the 700 block of W. Highland Avenue.

Officers then located a man with serious injuries. Police say he is now in the hospital in critical condition.

Moments later, officers were called to the Krystal location on Oglethorpe Boulevard. There, officers located two other men who had been shot.

All three victims were taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital for their injuries.

Police are currently investigating. Anyone with information or video footage is asked to contact APD at (229) 431-2100 or Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS.
