ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – Phoebe Putney Health System is encouraging the community to “Give the Gift of Life” by participating in an upcoming blood drive.

The event will take place on August 14, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Phoebe HealthWorks, located at 311 Third Avenue in Albany.

Donating blood is a vital way to support patients in need and help save lives. Everyone is welcome to join and contribute to this important cause.
