ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Phoebe has changed the hours of operation of some locations and services because of the incoming inclement weather.

All Phoebe Physicians clinics throughout southwest Georgia will close at 3 p.m. on Tuesday and reopen at noon on Wednesday, according to a release.

Phoebe Urgent Care locations and outpatient testing and imaging will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday and reopen at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.

The surgical schedule at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany and Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus will be pushed back on Wednesday to begin cases at 10 a.m., and Phoebe is working to notify patients of the changes.

All Phoebe hospitals and emergency centers will continue to operate as normal around the clock.

Anyone in need of non-emergent care and telehealth can schedule a virtual visit through Phoebe Urgent Care by visiting www.phoebehealth.com or  //bit.ly/4aq2u3s.

“Phoebe leaders will continue to monitor weather developments closely and will share any further updates through Phoebe social media channels and local news media outlets,” the release said.
