COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) -The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office announced via Facebook that Walter James Williams has been found safe.

Williams had previously gone missing after leaving his home on foot and was last seen in the Sugarsand or Carver Church area.

Authorities noted that he may have been disoriented or confused at the time. When last seen, he was wearing light tan pants, a white t-shirt, royal blue sneakers, and a navy blue baseball cap.

Anyone with further information is asked to contact Coffee 911.
