VALDOSTA, Ga. (WCTV) - Valdosta City Schools (VCS) officials held a groundbreaking ceremony Friday for a new multipurpose facility coming to Valdosta High School’s campus (VHS).





Valdosta City Schools thanked Parrish Construction Group and Altman & Barrett Architects for being part of the project in a post on their Facebook page.

The ceremony had remarks from VCS Superintendent Dr. Craig Lockhart, VHS Principal Dr. Johnnie Marshall, VCS Athletics Director Coach Mitchell, Valdosta Board Chair Kelisa Brown and Student Body President David Dennis.
