WEDNESDAY PM: We warm to the lower 90s this afternoon with heat indices around 100. A few afternoon showers and thunderstorms are expected but mostly confined in the eastern counties thanks to a good easterly breeze.
TOMORROW: Gulf moisture returns to trigger scattered showers and storms in the afternoon as our winds shift to the south.
FRIDAY: Afternoon/evening brings the best chance of rain with some locally heavy downpours.
WEEKEND: Scattered stuff returns Saturday and isolated activity Sunday.
EARLY WEEK: More of the same with above average temperatures and isolated to scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms.
MID WEEK: Some of us may finally drop into the upper 60s by Wednesday morning.
