PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — An anonymous tip has led to the arrest of two people accused of commercial sex trafficking a 15-year-old girl who was reported a missing runaway from New York over a month ago.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) stated that on October 17, deputies had launched an investigation into the sex trafficking of a runaway teen from New York who was reported missing on September 12 after receiving an anonymous tip.

The probable cause affidavit states that photographs of the girl were found in a source known for having advertisements for human trafficking of commercial sex workers.

PBSO stated that on October 18, a detective went to Studio 6, located at 1535 Centrepark Drive North in West Palm Beach, which was listed in the advertisement.

Once at the hotel, the deputy reported reviewing the surveillance footage of the hotel and was able to locate the victim with the Yenire Karolina Pache Coleiton, 33, in the lobby.

The footage then continued to show Coleiton and the victim getting into a car with Enyerbert Blanco Blanco, 27. PBSO stated they followed the car, which ended up at Motel 6, located at 3651 Blue Heron Boulevard in Riviera Beach.

Officials located the young girl inside a room in the motel with Coleiton and Blanco Blanco in a separate room. The report states deputies found condoms, lingerie outfits, and over $1,000 in the room, where they found the girl, along with two phones.

In a search of the two phones, detectives reported finding numerous conversations between the victim and Coleiton, which indicated grooming and sex trafficking of the girl. Texts between Johns and the girl were also found, showing sexually explicit photographs.

When deputies left the room with the victim, it was reported that she spotted Blanco, prompting him to run from law enforcement.

"How can he be out on bond for an attempted murder out of New York? He gets arrested in Miami for drug trafficking and he's out walking around. That's unconscionable! But I can tell you one thing folks. That female and this guy here that was involved in this, their butts are stayin' in my jail. They're not comin' out!" said Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw.

PBSO conducted an interview with the victim in which she stated she had at least 13 different sexual intercourse dates in exchange for money, with all of the Johns being between the ages of 18 and 50.

She continued to tell detectives that Coleiton would arrange the commercial sex dates for her.

The victim revealed that the prices for these sexual interactions were $120 for a quick visit, $180 for 30 minutes, $250 for a full hour, and $50 for oral sex. She also noted that she had to split her earnings with Coleiton and pay for half of the motel rate.

"The victim advised the trafficker would coordinate dates with men for money and direct them to the minor victim's room," said Sgt. Carlos Lisboa, PBSO.

In a news conference, PBSO held on Monday, it was stated that Coleiton and Blanco Blanco brought the girl from Miami to Palm Beach County for sex work.

PBSO noted that in an interview with Coleiton she had allowed detectives to search the hotel room they found her in, deputies reported finding a ledger of clients and payments for the Johns who participated.

It was noted in the affidavit that they are still investigating Blanco Blanco's knowledge of commercial sex trafficking, which has resulted in him being accused of a family offense and resisting an officer with violence.

Blanco Blanco has reportedly been arrested previously for an attempted homicide in New York and drug charges in Miami, PBSO noted.

Coleiton has been accused of up to ten counts of sex trafficking a minor as well as a family offense charge.

Sheriff Ric Bradshaw indicated that both Blanco Blanco and Coleiton are illegal immigrants from South America during the PBSO press conference.

"How broken the system is. Here's a guy, deported, now he's illegally back in the country for a second time so obviously whatever this vetting system is at the border, it ain't workin'. The border's not closed, illegals are still comin' in. This is the fourth time we've had something here in Palm Beach County involving crimes committed by illegals," Bradshaw said.
