DECATUR COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - The Decatur County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) is has located a missing teen.
Nehemiah Outley, 16, was originally reported missing on Monday, April 7.
He was found at around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, at a friend’s house, according to the DCSO.
